How to start
-
1
Pick where your players scroll: TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. Then your budget and how long it runs.
- 72 hours for a trailer drop or launch day
- 7 or 14 days for a countdown to launch or a big update
-
2
Target the countries where your game is out
- Worldwide, one of 24 countries or a region
- Pick the creators’ age and gender to match your players
-
3
Paste your game trailer, or your app video and its download link
Your trailer or video becomes the sound every creator posts with. For an app, put the App Store or Google Play link in the description so creators can download it and show it on camera. Then choose how they film it. Questions? Email us at promote@sound.me.

- One filter or template for everyone, like a high-score challenge.
- App walkthroughs
- What your app does in a few taps, from the first screen to the result.
- First reactions
- Honest takes on camera the first time creators try your app.

FAQ
How much does it cost to promote a game or app?
Budgets start at $250, with $100 for a first campaign in the 48 hours after sign-up. You choose the budget and how long it runs, and creators are paid from the views their approved videos get.
Do I need a sound to promote my game or app?
For a game, paste the link to your trailer on TikTok or YouTube and checkout turns it into the campaign sound. For an app with no sound, email promote@sound.me and the team sets up a campaign where creators show the app on camera.
Can creators play my game on camera?
Yes. Gameplay highlights, playthroughs and reactions work well: give creators the trailer’s sound and one format to follow. Sound.me doesn’t license footage, so share only clips and assets you have the rights to.
Can creators show my app?
Yes. Walkthroughs, reactions and “hack” videos work best. Tell creators the one thing your app does, put the download link in the brief and keep the format simple.
Can I reach gaming creators?
Yes. Campaigns have run with gaming creators only, and you can target by country, age, gender, language and creator size.
Is this the same as TikTok ads?
No. Creators post on their own accounts to their own audiences. Sound.me campaigns are organic creator posts, not ad placements.
