What labels should compare
- Volume or hand-picking. A release that needs many videos behind one sound fits a budget-based campaign. A few chosen creators fit a one-by-one tool or an agency.
- Platforms. Many releases want TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Check which platforms each option covers.
- Who approves creators and videos. Labels care about who posts with their artists' songs. Compare who picks the creators and who checks the videos before they're paid.
- Published prices. A published price makes it easy to test a small budget before committing a bigger one.
- Reporting. You want the videos, their views and how many people used the sound afterwards.

Which one fits a label
- Many videos behind a song, fast: a budget-based campaign (Sound.me, Playlist Push, SoundCampaign, SongPush).
- A few hand-picked creators, negotiated one by one: Breakr or Collabstr.
- A team to run everything for you: an agency such as Genni.
- All three short-video platforms from one account: Sound.me runs TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts campaigns, one platform per campaign.
How record labels get TikTok creators to use their songs explains how labels combine these.
